One of the benefits of becoming a registered student organization is gaining access to our free technology rentals, including iPads, MacBooks, and Dell laptops. Equipment can be checked out for a maximum of 24 hours. To make a reservation, you can either visit our office on the 3rd floor of the Ferguson Center or make an advance reservation (min. 48 hrs before event) via the online reservation process.
When reserving equipment online, please start your reservation time at the time you plan to pick-up the equipment. You will have 24-hours from the time of pick-up to return any checked-out merchandise. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes after their reservation time is subject to reservation cancellation. Please review the Equipment Rental Agreement prior to making a reservation.
