Creative Consults

Creative Consults is an exciting opportunity for student organizations to develop all aspects of publicity. Visual identity is our primary focus. Our media team will achieve this by creating innovative design products. A personalized consultation will be arranged to ensure your vision is delivered correctly.  This service is currently ONLY available for registered student organizations.

The process for submissions is currently not available over the summer months, but will reactivate in the Fall of 2017.  We are currently accepting applications for the Director of Creative Consults position, so please visit our SI Job Opportunities link for more details about that process.

We create the following designs:

  • Logos
  • Flyers
  • Brochures
  • Posters
  • Business cards
  • Invitations
  • Banners

Here is a breakdown of what you can expect from the Creative Consults process:

PREPARATION

      • STEP 1- Fill out the Consultation Form  (Available for submissions beginning Fall 2017 semester)
      • STEP 2- Once you have completed step 1, you will receive an email to follow-up on next steps or to set-up a meeting with the client.

CONSULTATION (in person, via email, or video conference)

      • We will discuss the scope of your project.
      • We will present a series of ideas/designs generated from Consultation Form your organization submitted.
      • We will assist with developing an effective strategy to achieve the production goal.

IMPLEMENTATION

      • Our team will create your vision. Revision will be done if necessary.
      • A media team member will contact your organization if further guidelines are needed.
      • The name submitted on Consultation Form will be our primary contact.

DELIVERY

    • Once a design is complete a final meeting will be arranged.
    • Your product will be delivered.
    • You will need to complete a Post-Design Survey about your experience and the product provided.
